The video showcased the talent at the Racers T&F Club and gave insights as to how the club is currently funded. The club provides for the athletes in many ways, lodging, transport, medical, and first class training are just a few.

Will racers athletes be paid at this meet?

After the video presentation, a small panel was assembled to answer a few questions. The panel included honoured guest, Hon. Dr. Usain Bolt O.J. C.D, who reluctantly accepted to join. His reluctance was as a result of Mr Bolt intention to ask a singular question instead of answering.

“The video was incomplete, All Racers athletes are sponsors.”

Members of the panel laugh out loud to Mills' delicate answer to Bolt's question.

Everyone is excited about coming to Jamaica in June and it will be the right time for some of the World’s greatest stars who start their season a little later in the year.

Racers Grand Prix is seeking to have the top 5 athletes for each of the events on the schedule. And, we are excited about a premiere Javelin event which is sure to be a treat to the fans of track and field to see the Javelin rocketing to the other side of the Football pitch in the National Stadium. A complete list of events will be posted soon.

What will be the price for tickets to this prestigious event?

Filling the stadium is a primary concern at the Racers Grand Prix and as such the ticket prices will be as reasonable as possible. The OC intends to provide an incredible show for its patrons at a minimum cost.
